Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a resource to address the needs of Boonville and its surrounding communities.  Our goal is to offer activities, programs, events, and enhance partnerships with already functioning organizations.  Our mission is accomplished through listening, programs, partnerships, and relationship building.  Our hope is through these partnerships we will be able to serve the community more effectively.

Weekend Tutoring, Spring 2023

Impact Activity Center is offering school tutoring in Boonville, Missouri on Saturdays from 8 am to noon.  Check out the video above.

We're part of Missouri's Tax Credit incentive

Impact Activity Center is now part of Missouri's Neighborhood Assist Program (NAP) that gives businesses  a 70% tax credit for every dollar they donate to Impact. Find out more here.

New donations to Impact

UMB, W-K, and ALLIANT BANK have donated to Impact Activity Center in July 2022 through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credits.  

Visions of things to come

Impact Activity will expand community events starting this summer when the building repairs are complete.

History

Built in 1939 as a WPA project, Sumner was the third school of its name in Boonville.  It was the black school until it closed in 1959 after desegregation.  Learn more...

Where are we?

Impact Activity Center is located at 1111 Rural Street in Boonville, Missouri.  The building is currently closed for renovation and COVID-19.
