Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a resource to address the needs of Boonville and its surrounding communities. Our goal is to offer activities, programs, events, and enhance partnerships with already functioning organizations. Our mission is accomplished through listening, programs, partnerships, and relationship building. Our hope is through these partnerships we will be able to serve the community more effectively.

2025 update: ceilings in the process of being installed and should be completed in October. Windows and doors installed with framing completes. Electrical will be completed once ceilings installation is complete! painting and furnishings to begin soon!

History
Built in 1939 as a WPA project, Sumner was the third school of its name in Boonville. It was the black school until it closed in 1959 after desegregation. Learn more...
